Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking Loader Operators to move vehicles and equipment at our facilities. The role emphasizes safety, efficient handling of front-end loaders, and customer-facing operations at the site.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, routine equipment checks, and maintaining lot inventory. Prior forklift or loader experience is a plus, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers' license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to work outdoors with safety focus in all weather conditions.
• Upbeat demeanor and strong teamwork for positive customer interactions.
• Forklift or front-end loader experience (Volvo L90G/L90H) is a plus; automotive exposure preferred.
• Candidates should live within 30-45 minutes of the Stouffville branch.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment around the IAA facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure loader safety and functionality.
• Maintain lot inventory of vehicles and parts.
• Document vehicle information and perform light maintenance for sale prep (shrink wrapping, steam cleaning, etc.).
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct to the right person for help.
• Stay alert to safety hazards and avoid incidents while operating heavy equipment.
• Report violations of company policy to a supervisor or manager.
