Job summary

The W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Loader Operator in the United States, to safely operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment to move and blend wood fiber for pellet production.

You will follow production instructions, load blends into the pellet mill infeed system, and maintain safe material flow while meeting quality and safety standards. Rotating shifts may apply, with emphasis on adherence to procedures and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating front-end loaders, wheel loaders, or excavators.
• Able to work safely in an active industrial setting with pedestrians and equipment.
• Able to follow fiber-blending instructions and maintain blend flow.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end wheel loader and other mobile equipment.
• Complete pre-use inspections and report defects.
• Move and blend wood fiber to designated locations per production instructions.
• Monitor stockpiles and communicate shortages or quality concerns.
• Coordinate with mill operators and maintenance teams.
• Maintain safe work areas and follow safety procedures.
