Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Internal company certification is required.
• Proficiency in mathematics and measurement is expected.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal job instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy industrial equipment safely (e.g., Front-End Loaders, log loaders, and production equipment).
• Inspect equipment and report potentially unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Monitor mix targets when feeding fiber into process and maintain paperwork.
• Perform daily maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and checks.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with productivity and safety standards.
