McGill Environmental Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our Morrisville, PA facility. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, especially Front-End Loaders, to support daily production operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong experience maintaining and repairing Front-End Loaders.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems on heavy equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Front-End Loaders and other heavy equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities on conveyors, screens, grinders, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical issues.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential problems before failures occur.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and maintenance areas.
• Support senior technicians with repairs and maintenance projects.
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment protocols.
• Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
