McGill Environmental Systems is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Morrisville, PA facility on the 3rd shift. You will operate Hyundai HL960A/HL970A wheel loaders and other heavy equipment, load trucks, perform material processing, and support production while upholding safety standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork and environmental stewardship. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and prior experience with heavy equipment in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating Hyundai HL960A/HL970A or similar heavy equipment in industrial environments.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hyundai HL960A/HL970A Wheel Loaders and other heavy equipment safely.
• Load trucks and transport materials within the facility.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and report equipment issues.
• Assist with blending and material processing operations.
• Maintain production quality and meet safety standards.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety policies.
