Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc is seeking a Front End Manager to supervise cashiers, service desk staff, and front end operations. You will ensure fast and friendly checkout, accurate cash handling, and adherence to company standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of front end leadership in a high-volume retail setting, with strong people skills, scheduling ability, and tech-savvy in POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years managing a front end team in a high-volume retail environment.
• High energy, hands-on leader.
• Excellent people skills.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally; frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Partners with store manager to hire A team for the front end.
• Schedule to business needs without overspending payroll hours.
• Maintain a fast and friendly checkout with no more than 3 people in a line.
• Monitor cashiers performance and conduct audits.
• Review daily/weekly reports and escalate issues to Store Manager and Loss Prevention.
• Lead morning JUICE meetings on sales, line control, cash management, and front-end issues.
• Ensure flawless execution of company initiatives (A Teams, Line Control, Fast and Friendly Checkout, High Energy staff, Cash Management).
• Ensure staff greet, assist, and thank customers and present a positive image.
