The FEM will schedule staff, supervise cash handling, audits, training, and daily reporting, while partnering with store leadership to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years managing a front-end team in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical requirements.
• Excellent people skills and high energy leadership.

Responsibilities

• Hire and schedule front-end team to meet business needs while controlling payroll costs.
• Maintain fast and friendly checkout with optimal queue length.
• Monitor cash handling, audits, and reports with Store Manager oversight.
• Ensure front-end cleanliness, policy adherence and proper dress code.
