Job summary

Kroger in Delaware, OH is seeking a Front-end Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a safe, clean environment, and support department goals. You will answer questions, know the products, and help with cash control, scheduling and budgeting to help the store meet sales targets. Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing) preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote trust and respect among associates.
Answer questions about products to help customers and provide a welcoming environment.
Know products well and respond to questions with suggestions.
Monitor and control supply expenses for the department.
Assist with cash handling, sales records and store cash items.
Schedule Front-end associates to ensure adequate coverage.
Assist in budgeting and financial reviews for the store/department.
Support development and execution of department action plans.
