Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome by answering questions about products.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond to product questions.
• Assist with monitoring and control of department supply expenses.
• Assist with managing cash controls, sales and cash items and records.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates to ensure coverage.
• Assist management in budgeting, P&L reviews and action on financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and labor scheduling for the department.
• Collaborate with Front-end staff and promote teamwork.
• Display a positive attitude and adhere to safety programs.
