Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions with recommendations.
• Assist with monitoring and control of department expenses.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and records for the store.
• Manage the scheduling of Front-end associates to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L reviews, and actioning financial reports with store management.
• Collaborate with Front-end staff and promote teamwork.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and temperature controls.
• Report safety risks or issues and any theft or fraud.
