Job summary

The Key Carrier at FoodMaxx in Carson City, NV directs front-end operations in the absence of the Assistant Center Store Manager to ensure top-tier customer service and efficient store performance. You will train and supervise Front-End staff, manage tills, and monitor front-end operations to maintain a smooth shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months grocery/retail experience, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to work varied retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and holding store associates accountable for excellent customer service.
• Manage front-end performance and productivity (tills, check collection, cash handling, WIC/EBT compliance).
• Directly lead Clerks and Clerk Helpers to achieve high-level business performance.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards.
