Job summary

The Save Mart Companies in Visalia, CA is recruiting a Key Carrier for FoodMaxx. You will supervise front-end staff, promote excellent customer service, and ensure the accuracy of tills, balance, and store procedures during your shift.

Responsibilities include leading Clerks, maintaining clean front-end areas and parking lot conditions, and performing store balancing and other duties as assigned. Hiring pay range: $16.90 - 27.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years; good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• One year of college or vocational training required.
• Grocery/retail experience preferred; 6+ months advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and supervising front-end staff.
• Lead Clerks and Clerk Helpers to achieve high business performance.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards.
• Perform store balancing and front-end management tasks (refunds, loans, check processing).
• Monitor customer experience on front-end; manage in absence of store management.
