Joe V’s Smart Shop, a division of H-E-B, seeks a Front End Lead to oversee day-to-day front-end operations and maintain high standards of customer service. You will ensure policy compliance, resolve issues across departments, and support Partners with daily tasks to sustain efficient, accurate service levels.

The role requires 6+ months in a fast-paced environment, strong cash handling skills, and proven leadership and communication abilities. Flexible scheduling is a must in retail.

Competenze

• Completion of job skills training, compliance-related training, and division orientation.
• 6+ months of related experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong working knowledge of assigned department(s) or area(s) and ability to drive profitability.
• Advanced customer service skills and excellent verbal/written communication.

Mansioni

• Ensure accurate, efficient day-to-day Front End operations and a smooth workflow.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures across departments.
• Resolve customer issues; coach and guide Partners as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, tills, and register readings with accuracy.
