Qualifications

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Assist the Customer 1st Manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Front-end department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervising all functions, duties and activities for the Front-end department.
• Support day-to-day Front-end operations and ensure best practices and standards are followed.
• Take full responsibility for the operation of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Customer 1st Manager.
