Job Description
Provide day-to-day support of all Front End department operations, policies, processes, and procedures. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes, policies, and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting.
- Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service, and Accounting.
- Ensure safe, effective, and efficient customer service throughout the department.
- Improve various operational reports and measurements such as Shopping Experience Progress Report, Customer Tracker, Associate Tracker, among others.
- Provide training, support, and follow-up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
- Coach and train customer service managers and front-end supervisors.
- Promote, communicate, and implement company initiatives and process improvements positively and respectfully.
- Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, clean, and pleasant shopping environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned, including special projects.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak times.
- Retail experience focusing on customer service and front-end operations.
- Ability to multitask and handle large workloads.
- Effective communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Ability to learn various computer applications such as Microsoft Office, ACE, Supersked, etc.
- Understanding of core department operations including managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, and expense management.
- High integrity and dependability in past work records.

- Extensive experience in customer service and front-end operations.
