Responsibilities
- Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes, policies, and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting.
- Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service, and Accounting.
- Ensure safe, effective, and efficient customer service throughout the department.
- Improve various performance and customer experience metrics such as Shopping Experience Progress Report, Customer Tracker, Associate Tracker, Cash Over/Short, CCG, ELMS utilization, Customer Comment Cards, FES Evaluations, Bob Audits, and Key Retailing Measurements.
- Provide training, support, and follow-up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
- Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
- Promote, communicate, and implement company initiatives and process improvements positively and respectfully to direct reports.
- Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, clean, and pleasant shopping environment at check stands, front-end, Self Service Checkouts, Customer Service Center, Accounting Room, and parking lot area.
- Follow through on special assignments and perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum
- Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
- Willing and available to work weekends and holidays, especially during Prime Time.
- Store retail experience focusing on customer service and front-end operations.
- Ability to multitask and handle large workloads.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn various computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACE, Supersked, etc.
- Understanding of key department operations such as managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, and expense control.
- High level of integrity and dependability based on past work record.

- Thorough experience in customer service and all phases of front-end operations.
