Job summary

Floor & Decor in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic customer service team on the front end and in backroom operations. You will drive cashiering accuracy, returns processing, and inventory controls while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in cashier supervisory work or 4 years in customer service, plus 2 years in a computer-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Specialists at the front end and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering, credit, and close-out procedures.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy across the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Coordinate product SKUs, pricing, and returns with management.
• Review inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Audit shipping/receiving docs for accuracy.
• Monitor inventory movement and weekly storage area checks.
