Ridley’s Family Markets in Jerome, Idaho is seeking a front-end associate to provide friendly guest service, bag groceries, and maintain store cleanliness. You will interact with guests and coworkers daily in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and teamwork to ensure smooth front-end operations and safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly professional methods of honest and open communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers with the objective of improving sales storewide.
• Comply with all company policies, programs and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
• Provide professional examples for other store team members to follow.
• Bag guests’ purchases promptly and efficiently within proper guidelines; carry those purchases to their automobiles in a friendly, prompt manner; ensure products are placed safely in their automobile.
• Fill all bag slots and supplies necessary for efficient front-end operations; use supplies wisely.
• Assist with price checks and go-backs.
• Assist with general housekeeping and ‘sweep sheet’ duties as assigned.
• Keep the parking lot clear of carts and return them to proper store location; follow safety policies regarding cart retrieval; wipe and organize carts as needed.
