Qualifications

• None required.
• 21 years of age to sell tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to respond to pages, requests and guests.
• Ability to follow safety rules and operate store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit friendly, courteous customer relations.
• Promote morale and open communication within department/store.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide.
• Comply with all company policies, programs and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
• Provide professional examples for other store team members to follow.
• Bag guests’ purchases promptly and efficiently, and assist to their automobiles safely.
• Fill all bag slots and supplies for front-end operations; manage supplies wisely.
• Assist with price checks and go-backs.
• Assist with general housekeeping and sweep duties as assigned.
• Keep the parking lot clear of carts and return them to proper locations; follow safety policies for cart retrieval.
• Do not accept tips; NV exception if guest persists.
