The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Specialist in New Orleans to lead front-end operations with hospitality and efficiency. You will oversee guest flow, support cashiers, and uphold cash office controls while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of hospitality, educate guests and team on products and services.
• Manage frontend guest flow and assist cashiers for smooth checkouts.
• Uphold cash office procedures and controls, manage cash and keys.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain cleanliness at front end and restrooms.
• Support digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Engage guests with a friendly approach throughout the store.
