Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor front-end operations to ensure courteous service.
• Oversee cashiers, courtesy clerks, fuel, and video associates.
• Maintain security of safe, change funds, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws related to alcohol and tobacco where applicable.
• Coordinate lane pickups and UPS deliveries logging.
• Keep checkout lines moving and assist in checkout operations.
• Promote use of loyalty programs and coupons, and monitor coupon handling.
• Maintain front-end housekeeping and cart stock at all times.
