Job summary

ShopRite - Front End Manager (Eickhoff NJ) is seeking a capable leader to direct the Front End Department at the Burlington location. You will supervise associates, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to train and lead teams, and adherence to company priorities for safety, presentation, and customer engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Burlington, NJ.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and tolerate dust.
• Ability to engage and lead Associates to achieve department goals.
• Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Front End Department functions and staff.
• Achieve department goals in sales, profit, and customer experience.
• Manage safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency priorities.
• Onboard, interview, select, and train new department Associates.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and cross-training opportunities.
• Maintain staffing and scheduling to meet sales and customer needs.
• Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and shelf presentation.
