Job summary

ShopRite is seeking a Food Service Manager for the Burlington location in Eickhoff NJ. You will direct all Food Service Department activities, lead Associates, ensure safety and quality, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and food-service knowledge, with a focus on safety and efficiency in daily operations. This is an on-site position supporting the ShopRite of Burlington team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to use basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work with fresh, dried and processed products and manage temps.
• Able to lead and engage Associates to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Food Service Department functions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain department goals for sales and customer experience.
