Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive front-end engineering experience including architecture leadership.
• Proven track record defining front-end architecture for large-scale enterprise apps.
• Experience building and scaling design systems across units.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of front-end performance, security, and tooling.
• Familiarity with AI methodology in engineering context.
• Hands-on leadership in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties.
• Provide strategic influence over resources, budget management and planning.
• Resolve issues using in-depth knowledge of front-end concepts.
• Define and enforce coding standards and architecture direction.
