Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Product Manager (individual contributor) for the Digital Envelope product team. You will own a front-end scrum team, partnering with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact features that enable reps and clients to complete document-driven workflows efficiently.

You will translate business needs into user stories, manage backlogs, and focus on user experience and business outcomes in an on-site role based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership.
• Experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile scrum environment, particularly with front-end teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team (product, design, engineering, operations).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver product strategy and roadmap for digital capabilities.
• Act as Product Owner for a front-end scrum team, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions.
• Design and optimize rep-assisted workflows across digital and advisor touchpoints.
• Engage with service, operations, and compliance to meet regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with UX research and analytics to understand user pain points and behavior.
• Track performance and support release planning and go-to-market readiness.
