Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Product Manager (individual contributor) for the Digital Envelope product team. You will own the front-end product direction and serve as Product Owner for a dedicated frontend scrum team, collaborating with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.

You will focus on intuitive, compliant, and scalable experiences for reps and clients, ensuring speed, accuracy, and ease-of-use across digital and advisor touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in digital product management or product ownership.
• Experience as Product Owner in an Agile Scrum environment with front-end teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Proven backlog management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers product strategy and roadmap for assigned digital capabilities.
• Acts as Product Owner for a front-end scrum team; leads sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Translates business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partners with engineering and design to deliver scalable front-end solutions.
• Designs rep-assisted workflows across digital and advisor/rep touchpoints.
• Collaborates with service, operations, and compliance to meet regulatory needs.
• Engages with UX research and analytics to understand user pain points and behaviors.
• Communicates priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Tracks performance with metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Supports release planning, testing, and go-to-market readiness.
