Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) to support core trading path experiences on retail web and mobile applications. You will manage backlog, collaborate with web and mobile scrum teams, and drive requirements from analysis to user stories for features like trade ticket and order status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years as a product owner for digital trading experiences on web and mobile.
• 3+ years leading a Scrum team.
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within Agile development.
• 3+ years developing digital product management skills, client journeys, epics and user stories, and working with UX/UI teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive backlog and deliver digital trading features across web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with web and mobile scrum teams to execute product requirements.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements and user stories for trading experiences.
• Lead with Agile practices, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Conduct usability testing and competitive analysis to inform enhancements.
