Job summary

CIS Secure is seeking a Front-End Software Developer – Modeling & Simulation / HITL to support the REACT program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. You will build intuitive interfaces to configure systems, visualize complex data, and interact with real-time simulations and hardware-in-the-loop environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers across disciplines and delivering production-quality front-end applications that meet mission-critical needs.

Qualifications

• Experience developing production-quality front-end apps using modern JS/TS frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web architecture.
• Experience integrating front-end with REST APIs, WebSockets or backend services.
• Experience building data-intensive interfaces, dashboards and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for engineering, simulation, and test apps.
• Collaborate with modeling & simulation, embedded, hardware, and systems engineers to translate workflows.
• Develop front-end apps that integrate with real-time data, simulation environments, and HITL systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
