Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of Front End staff.
• Lead the department to meet sales, labor, and margin goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability reflecting Co-op values.
• Ensure cash handling procedures, check receiving, and policies are followed.
• Monitor cashier accuracy, balancing, and daily deposits.
• Promote memberships, Round Up donations, and customer engagement.
• Oversee Front End and adjoining areas for cleanliness and order.
• Collaborate with other departments on store-wide promotions and events.
• Prepare daily huddles, assign tasks, and manage shift coverage.
• Attend meetings and support leadership goals and safety practices.
