High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience as a Department Manager in a retail environment required.
Must successfully complete a criminal background check.
This position requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a grocery store setting, including standing or sitting for prolonged periods, occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting and lifting up to 50 lbs. Repetitive hand and arm movements, use of step stools or ladders, and proper PPE when using appliances and equipment are required.
Work is performed primarily in a grocery store setting with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
