Job summary

Kroger is seeking an on-site Front-end associate in Schofield, WI to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a safe and clean environment, and support front-end operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer questions about products sold within the department and throughout the store to help customers.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond with suggestions.
• Assist with monitoring and control supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and cash items and records for the store.
• Manage the scheduling of Front-end associates to provide adequate department coverage.
• Assist store management in preparing budgets, profit and loss reviews, and actions on financial reports.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
