Job summary

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name when possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt for bagging.
• Scan orders and handle payment transactions per standard practice.
• Follow cash handling procedures and minimize errors.
• Assist customers with To-Go orders if applicable.
• Maintain a neat, clean checkout area and wear the uniform with name badge.
