Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience
• Greet each customer and use their name when possible
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging
• Follow bagging procedures and handle cash transactions per standard practice
• Maintain clean and organized front-end area and assist with Food Lion To-Go orders as needed
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer help to take orders to their car
• Report any register malfunctions and ensure MVP savings kiosk is stocked and functioning
