Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience is preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience or supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and upholds integrity.
• Manages merchandise flow from backroom to sales floor.
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures items are tagged, hung, and coded correctly.
• Communicates with leadership to optimize store operations.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed.
• Maintains backroom organization and signage standards.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
