This part-time role involves greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly in a friendly, professional manner. You will operate the front-end scanner, bag groceries, and ensure accurate checkout.

Teamwork and adherence to store policies are essential. The position emphasizes safety, PPE usage, and ongoing customer service improvements.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help resolve questions promptly in a polite, professional manner.
• Operate front end scanning equipment and cash register, bag groceries, and ensure accurate transaction handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department, follow PPE guidelines, and assist in other departments as needed.
• Follow store policies and health/OSHA guidelines to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
