Weis Markets is hiring a Customer Experience Associate at our Bel Air, MD store. You will greet customers, assist with questions, handle checkout, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding company policies and safety guidelines.

You will operate the cash register and scanning equipment, bag merchandise, assist in maintaining a clean, organized department, and support coworkers to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED. No prior experience required.

Mansioni

• Smiles and greets customers, answers customer questions and helps resolve customer concerns promptly, in a polite and professional manner.
• Operates front end scanning equipment and cash register and performs all related checkout procedures.
• Maintains accuracy during transactions and ensures proper funds are collected; follows store guidelines for tobacco and alcohol sales.
• Keeps knowledge of weekly ads, promotions and store layout to answer questions.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the department per schedules and health/OSHA requirements.
• Collaborates with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department/store functioning; uses PPE as required.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
