Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Operate front-end scanning equipment and cash register; bag merchandise and assist customers.
• Ensure accurate checkout, handle cash/credit/coupons, and follow tobacco and alcohol sale guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads and store layout to answer customer questions.
• Maintain department sanitation and safety standards; dispose of trash properly.
• Cooperate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department/store function and improve performance.
• Utilize PPE and follow safety protocols (gloves, cutters, footwear).
• May assist in other departments as needed.
