Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements (18 years).
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical job requirements.
• Ability to perform cashier and service desk/kiosk tasks.
• Prerequisite Training: Service Desk/Kiosk and Cashier training packets.
• Non-Service Desk/Kiosk stores: Cashier training packet completed.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed personal appearance per policy.
• Assign fixed activities to front end and service desk/kiosk associates during idle periods.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Support and comply with all safety standards; report needed repairs.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior.
• Secure front-end change drawer when unattended; protect assets.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation per store policy and health regulations.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions frequently.
• Perform service desk/kiosk tasks and, if trained, bookkeeper duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
