Job summary

This role supports the Customer Service Manager to maximize sales through excellent service and accurate transactions.

• Proficient cash handling and register procedures; able to process transactions accurately.
• Able to learn multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible
• Maintain knowledge of front end procedures including cash reports, deposits and register checks
• Ensure the MVP savings center KIOSK is properly stocked and functioning
• Perform the task of sales associate or customer lead when scheduled per surge plan
