Food Lion is seeking a customer-focused front-end associate in Huntersville, NC. You will deliver fast, friendly service, greet customers, and assist with checkout and basic store tasks to support front-end standards.

Responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining neat front-end areas, and assisting customers with to-go orders when applicable. The role requires a courteous, team-oriented approach and ability to learn multiple tasks as directed.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to perform cashier and service center tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, friendly service and greet customers by name when possible.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the register per standard procedures.
• Assist customers with Food Lion To-Go orders when applicable.
• Keep work areas neat and presentable and follow all front-end procedures.
