Qualifications

• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers.
• Process customer transactions through the checkout lane quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Understand the POS system and handle tenders such as Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons and loyalty offers per policy.
• Follow policies on cash shortages/overages and assist in loss prevention.
• Adhere to guidelines on restricted sale items (alcohol, tobacco, DVDs).
• Stay current with ads and maintain food safety regulations.
