Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee store operations in Navarre, FL. You will hire, train, and mentor hourly associates, set clear expectations, and drive customer service, merchandising, and store initiatives while guiding teams through change.

The role also requires managing P&L, budgeting, seasonal transitions, inventory, and shrink reduction; building relationships with stakeholders and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, with 5+ direct reports experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve customer service, merchandising and store operations.
• Manages and analyzes PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and expenses for designated business area.

Education
