Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures high quality customer experience through OBW service model and customer service initiatives.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders, supports plans and tracks progress to meet customer and business needs.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs.
