Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities with firearms, successful completion of CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Attending and completing all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, listening, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Supervises hourly associates, sets expectations, and mentors staff.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations.
• Implements action plans to improve customer experience and service.
