Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training requirements may apply at facilities selling firearms.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Open Door Policy guidance and ethical standards are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports store service initiatives.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and builds a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door guidance while promoting ethics and integrity.
