Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and effective merchandise presentation across the store.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; build accountability and develop staff to meet staffing needs.
• Promote inclusion, integrity, and adherence to Walmart values in daily operations.
