Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s CPA division seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to advance front-end engineering processes for ETO products (panelboards/switchboards). Location options include Sumter, SC or El Paso, TX, with relocation available. Travel 10–15% and no immigration sponsorship apply.

You will drive process improvements, tool utilization, SOP updates, and KPI-driven initiatives across multiple teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years of experience with ETO products

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
Five years of engineering experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products and configuration tools.
No visa sponsorship for immigration.
Travel of 10–15% to other Eaton locations.

Responsibilities

Lead projects to improve front-end systems and ETO tools with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Front End Engineering teams on strategic process improvements.
Drive user-centered enhancement requests to Bid Manager and Design Automation to improve reliability.
Participate in design reviews to align division-wide changes.
Manage large CI projects to meet milestones with limited supervision.
