Job summary

Eaton’s CPA division seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to advance Front End Engineering processes for ETO products. Location options include Sumter, SC or El Paso, TX, with US relocation available.

You will lead CI initiatives, drive tool enhancements, and collaborate with design and systems teams to improve reliability and efficiency. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of related experience with ETO tools; travel 10–15% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with ETO products and configuration tools or PM experience.
• Willing to travel 10–15% to other Eaton locations.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to develop and improve Product Line Systems and ETO tools.
• Collaborate with Front End Engineering teams on strategic CI initiatives.
• Drive user-centered enhancement requests to Bid Manager and Design Automation tools.
• Participate in system design reviews to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Attend Front End Systems project meetings and promote best practices.
• Manage large CI projects to milestones with limited supervision.
