Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a part-time Front-End Associate to support store operations, assist customers, bag items at checkout, restock shelves, and maintain front-end housekeeping. You will collaborate with team members to ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth store flow.

Qualified candidates are authorized to work in the U.S., can follow policies, meet physical requirements, and complete the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Ability to meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Ability to use or learn to use the equipment and tools required for the job
• Meet company performance standards, including regular attendance
• Complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days
• Perform all job functions safely and comply with clothing and footwear requirements

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, prepare equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and ready for duties
• Collect and manage trash, operate the compactor, and perform trash-related duties
• Perform housekeeping duties: keep floors and work areas clean; conduct a clean sweep every hour
• Collect, stack, and return carts to the front end of the store
• Demonstrate good customer service skills
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
