Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking an Front-End Team Member to ensure a smooth checkout experience and accurate purchases for customers. You will scan items, bag groceries, and assist with questions while staying friendly and efficient.

Maintain a clean, organized front-end area and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is welcomed but not required, with training provided at hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (or 18+ depending on state requirements).
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions and process purchases.
• Bag groceries and assist customers at checkout.
• Restock supplies and maintain neat checkout area.
• Answer customer questions and resolve simple issues.
